Returns Policy

If you are unhappy with any item purchased from this site, you may return it to our headquarters within 14 days after the date of delivery. You must firstly confirm your wish to cancel in writing via email, post or fax within 7 days. The item must be returned in undamaged, unused condition. We reserve the right to refuse returns or to charge you for our reasonable cost if the product is received otherwise than in accordance with these requirements. All postal costs relating to the return of an item is the responsibility of the customer.

If an item is defective, please contact us through the website or by phoning 01307 468442 or 01307 460198 and we will discuss the defect. We ask that where possible you provide digital photographs of the fault to assist in our assessment of the problem and email them to us via info@gardenfurniturescotland.co.uk regarless of the website used for the purchase.  We will always endeavour to replace defective parts as quickly as they become available.

We will, in the event of item being damaged on receipt, at our discretion, re-imburse postage costs to the customer at the cheapest rate the return can be made by the customer regardless of the service used by the customer.
